The 2025 Health Optimisation Summit , Europe’s leading biohacking conference, is returning to London on September 13–14, where top biohacking experts will convene to share the latest biohacker and health optimisation technologies. Ahead of the event, one of the top speakers, actress and biohacking pioneer Davinia Taylor , 47, is sharing her top five beauty secrets that support glowing skin , strong hair , and lasting vitality.
Here are five of Taylor’s biohacking beauty secrets that you can use to look radiant and youthful as you age.

“Getting enough good-quality sleep is key for skin, mood, and hormone balance,” says Taylor.
She uses the Oura Ring, a wearable sleep tracker, to monitor her rest and adjust her routine accordingly. Research backs her up: consistent, restorative sleep supports collagen production and reduces cortisol, the stress hormone linked to premature aging.

For healthy skin, hair, and nails, Taylor recommends a silica supplement to boost collagen production. She takes Mesoporosil “for its high bioavailability and added detox benefits,” she says.
She pairs it with 40 grams of bovine collagen daily, which may help improve skin elasticity, joint, and gut health. And while it’s popular, she says she opts out of taking marine collagen. “It’s just not for me,” she notes.
Of course, before you start taking any new supplements, it’s crucial to talk to your doctor first. He or she can confirm that their safe for you to use and won’t interact with any of your current medications.

Taylor fuels her body with healthy fats to maintain her youthful glow and fight the signs of aging. “MCT oil, grass-fed butter, and fatty meats support hormone production,” she says.
“At the same time, cutting sugar and refined carbs helps prevent wrinkles and inflammation.” This means cutting out most processed and packaged foods, which are full of hidden added sugars, as well as white bread, cereal, soda , and candy.

“Morning light sets your circadian rhythm, boosting energy and helping you sleep better at night,” says Taylor. “Even 10 minutes outdoors can make a big difference.”

Dollar Tree is constantly replenishing its beauty aisles with new makeup products and skincare finds, including lipsticks, facial scrubs, moisturizers, brightening serums, mascaras, and eyeliners. If you’re a Dollar Tree regular, then you’re probably familiar with some of the retailer’s marquee brands, such Beauty Intuition and B.Pure, both of which recently dropped new “next level” products, according to shopping and makeup influencer Alexis Simone . Dollar Tree stans know the discount retailer is the place to go for beauty dupes, and its collection of scented lip masks from Beauty Intuition is the latest one to catch Alexis’ eye.
The lip mask line, which is said to be a dupe for Laneige, comes in six flavors: peach cobbler, sweet mint, apple martini, lemon sorbet, rose, and lavender honey.
In a product review video , Alexis said the texture of Beauty Intuition’s lip mask doesn’t level up to Laneige’s. “Laneige gives skincare, whereas this gives makeup,” she noted. Though “nourishing and moisturizing,” the lip mask has “a waxy scent” and feels “stickier” than a traditional lip scrub, she added.
But as for the products’ packaging and appearance, she awarded it five stars. “I do like how the lip balm itself is colored even if it doesn’t look that way on. It’s just a cute little detail,” she shared.
However, she could have used an applicator tool. “It is kind of annoying trying to get it out of here,” she said, using her nail to fish the product out of the jar. “I wish there was a scooper that came with it.”
Her overall thoughts: “For $1.25, I’m not upset…If you put this on, then did your lip combo, it would be good.”

The brand also launched a collection of lip oils, featuring six scents: grape, lemon, watermelon, peach, strawberry, and blue raspberry.
According to Alexis, the formula is “not stringy” and “not sticky,” but it does give “a wet lip look.” And most importantly, “the scent doesn’t go away.”
“I wish there was a little bit of tint to it colorwise, but scent-wise and formula, it’s good,” she told followers.
“The packaging is absolutely adorable…these are cute. Honestly, if you see any of these, pick them up. These are so good to put in your purse, put it over any of your regular lip combos,” she concluded.

In another video, Alexis shared that she was “very impressed” by Beauty Intuition’s Smokey Brown eyeshadow palette, which includes eight shades for only $1.25. It’s one of three full-size palettes the brand recently dropped, however Smokey Brown is the only one that’s all matte shades.
“This looks good; you wouldn’t be able to tell that I didn’t use an expensive palette,” she said following a test trial run. “This is a good staple for a soft glam look.”

B.Pure’s new 4-in-1 stackable lipsticks are a game changer. For starters, they contain vitamin E and hyaluronic acid, so they’re super nourishing. Secondly, their compact shapes make them perfect for traveling.
“I love this concept!” raved Alexis on TikTok.
As for the lipstick itself, she said there’s “no scent” and the shades are “way more pigmented than I thought.” The product uses a twisting mechanism to reveal each subsequent shade.
Her only gripe with the stackable lipstick is that there’s no product name or shade names, so it makes it difficult to know which colors you do and don’t like—or want to buy more of.
